Superstars Football Programmes Terms and Conditions

By registering your child for the Superstars Football Holiday Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

   - Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the programme fee.
   - Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Superstars Football

2. Health and Safety

   - Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical information during registration to ensure the child’s safety.
   - Any medications required must be provided with clear instructions to the programme staff.
   - Superstars Football will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the programme. Trained staff will provide first aid if necessary, and parents/guardians will be contacted in the event of an emergency.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

   - Parents/guardians must drop off and pick up their child promptly at the designated times. Late pickups may incur additional fees.
   - Children should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottle. Please ensure these items are nut-free to accommodate allergies.

4. Code of Conduct

   - All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other children.
   - Bullying, inappropriate behavior, or actions that compromise the safety of others will not be tolerated. Superstars Football reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme without refund if such behavior occurs.

5. Weather Policy

   - The programme will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, activities may be modified or relocated indoors if possible. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes.

6. Photography and Media

   - By registering your child, you consent to Superstars Football taking photos or videos during the programme for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the start of the programme.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   - Refunds will only be provided if Superstars Football cancels the programme.
   - No refunds will be provided for missed days or cancellations made by parents/guardians after registration.

8. Liability Disclaimer

    - Superstars Football, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the programme.
